Composition: Telmisaetan 40mg, Hydrochlorothizide 12.5mg
Telwel-H used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). Lowering high blood pressure helps prevent strokes, heart attacks, and kidney problems. It works by relaxing blood vessels so blood can flow more easily. Hydrochlorothiazide in Telwel-H is also used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension), fluid retention (edema) in people with congestive heart failure, cirrhosis of the liver, or kidney disorders, or edema caused by taking steroids or estrogen.
Dosage: As directed by the physician. It comes as a tablet to take by mouth, with or without food. Hypertension- Adults- Oral: Initial: 40 mg once daily.

What do I do if I miss a dose
Take a missed dose as soon as you think about it. If it is close to the time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your normal time. Do not take 2 doses at the same time or extra doses.
